Neil Wolitzer is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business focused on real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolitzer was a partner and managing director in the real estate investment banking group at Goldman Sachs, where he served real estate clients across a broad range of strategic and capital-raising transactions for almost 20 years. Previously, he was an investment banker at Bear Stearns and practiced corporate law in New York.

Mr. Wolitzer holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Princeton University.
