Natasha Pai

Natasha Pai is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice, focusing on GRC (governance, risk & compliance), data and analytics, and software sectors.

Ms. Pai’s notable transaction experience includes advising Rimes on its sale to Five Arrows; Adenza on its sale to Nasdaq; SAI360 on its sale to STG; IRI on its merger with NPD; Appriss Insights on its sale to Equifax; Galvanize on its sale to Diligent; StarCompliance on its sale to Marlin Equity; AxiomSL on its sale to Thoma Bravo; and Reorg Research on its sale to Warburg.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Pai was an assistant vice president with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the corporate development and strategy team. She worked on the IPO of Citizens Financial Group (largest commercial bank IPO in U.S. history), and several strategic reviews for the board and C-suite.

She holds an M.A. (Hons) Economics with Management Science from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
