Milan Solanki
Milan Solanki is a managing director in Evercore’s European shareholder advisory and activism defence practice.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Solanki was a director in corporate broking and financial institutions advisory with Barclays in London, where he was advisor to many listed companies, including Schroders, Hargreaves Lansdown, Legal & General, Integrafin, Brewin Dolphin, Hastings, TalkTalk, Redde Northgate, Sabre, Just Group and Randall & Quilter. During his
17-year career as an advisor, Milan gained extensive experience in advising clients on M&A, shareholder activism defense, capital raisings, IPOs and LBOs. Prior to Barclays, Milan worked in the M&A advisory team at Hawkpoint.
He graduated with honors from University College London, earning a B.Sc. in Economics, and holds a chartered accountant qualification from ICAEW having started his career at KPMG.
