Mike Stehle

Mike Stehle is a managing director in Evercore’s Real Estate Strategic Advisory group. He focuses on portfolio recapitalizations, joint ventures, continuation vehicles and corporate M&A transactions.

Previously, Mr. Stehle was a director in the investment banking group at Eastdil Secured focusing on public and private M&A, platform-level investments and joint venture recapitalizations, including advising Bluerock Residential on its sale to Blackstone, Concert Golf on its sale to Clearlake, Athene on its acquisition of the entire loan portfolio from Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, the minority stake sale of Faropoint, and joint venture recapitalizations on behalf of Medical Property Trust and Childress Klein.

Mr. Stehle graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
