Mehmet Sanliol is a managing director in the firm’s Technology advisory business based in Menlo Park.

Mr. Sanliol has a broad range of transaction experience throughout the enterprise technology stack, from software to semiconductors, as well as across corporate finance—M&A, spinouts, equity and debt offerings, globally.

Notable select transactions include advising Duck Creek Technologies’ Special Committee on its sale to Vista; HQS’ separation from Honeywell and combination with CQC; KLA-Tencor’s acquisition of Orbotech; Broadcom’s proposed merger with Qualcomm; Micro Focus’ cross-border RMT spin-merger with HPE Software; Cavium’s acquisition of QLogic, and inaugural bond financing and ratings; Intel’s acquisition of Altera; and the IPOs of Avalara and Alteryx.

Before joining Evercore, Mr. Sanliol was an executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s technology IB group and an inaugural Partner in its technology venture capital team. This followed two years in the Sydney-based IB team, having begun his career at J.P. Morgan Cazenove in London.

He graduated as a Master of Physics from the University of Oxford.
