Meera Sheth

Meera Sheth is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice and chief of staff to Sir Simon Robey, based in London.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2026, Ms. Sheth spent 15 years at UBS, where she advised U.K. clients across sectors and products, including M&A, equity raises and activism. Select transaction experience includes advising Rightmove on its defence against REA, Avast’s merger with NortonLifeLock, BAT’s acquisition of Reynolds and equity raises for British Land and RS Group.

She started her career in equity derivatives and graduated with first-class honours in economics from University College London.
