Marcello Antoniozzi

Marcello Antoniozzi is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business, focused on the infrastructure and energy sectors. He is based in Milan.

Mr. Antoniozzi has advised on a broad range of high-profile transactions, including M&A, capital markets, rating advisory and complex strategic situations. Select experience includes advising on Italgas’ rights issue; Enel’s disposal of a solar portfolio in Chile; Eni Plenitude’s acquisition of PLT Energia; the acquisition of Autostrade per l’Italia by CDP Equity; the take-private of Coima RES; A2A’s acquisition of a renewables portfolio from Ardian; Antin’s acquisition of Hippocrates Holding; the Saipem rights issue and refinancing; and Abertis’ defence in the context of the Atlantia/ACS tender offer.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Antoniozzi spent 15 years at Citi, where he was part of the Italian investment banking team.

Mr. Antoniozzi graduated cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli University with a master’s degree in corporate finance.
