Marc Harris
Marc Harris is Evercore ISI’s director of research and a senior managing director. He brings more than 30 years of Wall Street experience to his strategic leadership of the research analysts and product, and partners closely with senior leaders across Evercore to leverage the firm’s resources with clients around the world.
Since Mr. Harris joined Evercore ISI in January 2019, the firm has continued to be recognized as the top-ranked independent research franchise in Institutional Investor’s All-America equity research survey. In 2022 and 2023, Evercore ISI ranked as the No. 1 firm among all Wall Street competitors on a weighted basis for the first time in firm history.
Previously, Mr. Harris was director of U.S. and global research at RBC Capital Markets. During his 14-year tenure, he also served as technology product manager and head of mid-Atlantic sales, garnering recognition from Institutional Investor for building a top 10-ranked team that included over 20 ranked and runner-up research analysts. Earlier in his career, he worked for Bear Stearns and J.P. Morgan in institutional equity sales.
Mr. Harris earned his B.S. from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
