Lyle Schwartz is a senior managing director and head of the firm’s EMEA Equity Capital Markets business, based in London.

Mr. Schwartz focuses on advising companies across sectors on public and private equity capital raises.

His notable equity private placements include advising Raisin, Klarna, N26, Northvolt, SumUp, Auto1 Group, Vestiaire Collective, Zepz, wefox, MessageBird, Getir, Back Market, Kry, Huma, Wise, Einride, and Infarm on capital raises. Select PIPE transactions include advising Embracer, Yandex, BenevolentAI, Cazoo, Innoviz Technologies, and Zenga.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Schwartz spent 23 years in public and private equity capital markets at Goldman Sachs across North & South America, EMEA, Asia and Australia, where he led the alternative capital solutions group for EMEA.

He earned a B.B.A. with honours from the Schulich School of Business and a B.A. with honours in political science, both from York University in Canada.
