Kunal Ranpara

Kunal Ranpara is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice based in London.

Mr. Ranpara joined Evercore in 2025 following over 15 years at Robey Warshaw and J.P. Morgan Cazenove, primarily advising clients across a broad range of sectors within the U.K. market. Select transaction experience includes advising SABMiller on its sale to AB InBev, DLG on its sale to Aviva, Johnson Matthey on the sale of its CT business to Honeywell, Comcast on its acquisition of Sky, and UnitedHealth Group on its acquisition of EMIS.

Mr. Ranpara graduated with first-class honours in economics and management from University of Oxford.
