Kieran McDonald

Kieran McDonald is a managing director in Evercore’s Equity Capital Markets group. He advises corporate clients on equity and equity-linked transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible securities, at-the-market programs and growth-stage financings across the TMT sectors. Mr. McDonald also supports Evercore’s relationships within the venture and growth equity ecosystem across technology.

Mr. McDonald has advised hundreds of leading TMT companies over the years and has helped raise more than $100 billion in capital, including transactions for Pattern, StubHub, MNTN, Hinge Health, CoreWeave, SailPoint, Life360, Astera Labs, Aurora, Mobileye, Samsara, GlobalFoundries, DraftKings, Alibaba, Snap and Dropbox.

Prior to joining Evercore in 2018, Mr. McDonald worked in the equity capital markets group at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on TMT transactions.

He earned a B.A. in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also competed on the varsity lacrosse team.
