Ken Masotti is a senior managing director and the chief legal officer of the firm’s investment banking businesses.

He was previously a senior managing director at Bear, Stearns & Co., and from 1994 to 2001 was in private practice at Shearman & Sterling in New York, San Francisco and Menlo Park.

Mr. Masotti holds a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
