Keith Prusek

Keith Prusek is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice and is based in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office.

Mr. Prusek has more than 20 years of experience advising companies and investors in M&A and capital raising transactions across the transportation & logistics industry.  His sector expertise extends across freight forwarding, brokerage, contract logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, last mile delivery, trucking, equipment leasing and port services.

Select notable transactions include advising Global Critical Logistics on its sale to Providence Equity, MNX Global Logistics on its sale to UPS, Visible Supply Chain on its sale to Maersk, OnTrac on its merger with LaserShip and Consolidated Aviation Services on its sale to Worldwide Flight Services.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Prusek served as a managing director and global co-head of transportation & logistics investment banking at Jefferies and previously was co-head of transportation & logistics investment banking at BB&T Capital Markets. He began his career as a corporate lender at SunTrust Bank in Washington, D.C., focused on the technology and government services sector.

Mr. Prusek earned a B.S. in business administration from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
