Katherine Rossolimo is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business focused on the biopharmaceutical sector.

Since joining Evercore, Ms. Rossolimo has advised private and public clients on strategic and financing assignments across a variety of industries. Recent transactions include advising L3Harris on the sale of its airport solutions business to Leidos, United Technologies on the merger of its aerospace businesses with Raytheon, United Technologies on its three-way separation, Harris on its sale of CapRock and government IT services, and Airbus Group on the sale of its defense sensors business to KKR & Co.

Prior to Evercore, Ms. Rossolimo was an associate at The Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Fund and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Rossolimo earned a B.A. from Wellesley College.
