Kamika Jha

Kamika Jha is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice focused on healthcare.

Ms. Jha has advised a number of public and private healthcare companies, and financial sponsors on mergers, acquisitions, sales and separations. Notable engagements include advising Becton Dickinson on a Reverse Morris Trust of its biosciences and diagnostics solutions business with Waters, GE HealthCare on its acquisitions of Intelerad and BK Medical, Blackstone on the sale of HealthEdge to Bain Capital and HealthEdge on its combination with UST HealthProof, GE on its spinoff of GE Healthcare, TPG on the sale of Immucor to Werfen, Vocera on its sale to Stryker and Novo Nordisk on its acquisitions of Dicerna and Emisphere Technologies.

Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Jha was based in Singapore and was an associate manager with Julius Baer, and an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Ms. Jha graduated with honors with a B.A. in economics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and earned her MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
