Justin Singh
Justin Singh is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business.
He has advised on over $250 billion of M&A transactions across the technology, media & telecom industries during his career. His sector expertise includes wireless, spectrum, satellites, IoT, wireline, fiber, cable, enterprise communications, managed services, data centers and towers.
Mr. Singh’s notable transactions include advising EchoStar on its merger with DISH; Education Networks of America on its sale to Zayo Group; Apollo on its preferred investment in FirstDigital Telecom; TerreStar on its sale of a minority stake to Oaktree; GI Partners on its acquisition of Orbcomm; GCI Liberty on its merger with Liberty Broadband; Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Altice USA’s Lightpath business; Xplornet Communications on its sale to Stonepeak Infrastructure; the C-Band Alliance (Intelsat, SES, Telesat) on its monetization of 5G spectrum licenses; TPx Communications on its sale to Siris Capital; T-Mobile on its merger with Sprint; and Frontier Communications on its sale of Pacific Northwest assets to Searchlight-WDC.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Singh was a director at Rothschild and a vice president at Lazard.
He received a B.S. in applied science and engineering from the University of Toronto, where he was awarded the W.S. Wilson Medal for ranking first in the graduating class.
