Josh Magid

Josh Magid is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice, focused on healthcare technology and services.

Since joining Evercore in 2016, notable engagements include advising GHX on its sale of a majority stake to Veritas; HHAeXchange on its acquisition of Sandata; TPG on its acquisition of Surescripts; athenahealth on its sale to H&F and Bain; Centene on its acquisition of WellCare and sales of Magellan Rx and USMM and Casenet; Nestlé on its sale of Nestlé Skin Health to EQT and ADIA; special committee of Inovalon on the sale to Nordic; Humana on its acquisitions of Kindred and Curo; Stratus on its sale to AMN; and Intermedix on its sale to R1.

Prior to Evercore, Mr. Magid worked at JSB-Partners, a boutique advisory firm.

He graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a B.A. and an M.A. in economics and earned his MBA in health care management from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
