Joseph Salvatore

Joseph Salvatore is a managing director in the firm’s Energy Transition group.

Mr. Salvatore has more than 18 years of experience in the energy industry, including seven as an investment banker at both Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. Previously, he worked in corporate development at Osaka Gas USA and renewable energy research at Bloomberg New Energy Finance.

He has worked on or led notable M&A and capital markets transactions across public and private mergers, initial public offerings, public equity and private capital financings, including numerous project-level debt and equity capital raises. He has advised a range of strategic and financial clients on these transactions, working with venture capital, infrastructure funds, private equity, utilities, private developers and public companies, including LS Power, NRG, Pattern Energy, Centrus, Energy Capital Partners, Invenergy, TerraPower, UGI, Freeport LNG, and Talen Energy.

Mr. Salvatore earned his B.S.B.A. in finance and B.A. in French at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a chartered financial analyst.
