Jon Kaplan is a senior managing director and chief corporate counsel for Evercore.

He joined Evercore in 2018, and previously was an attorney in the general practice group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, focusing on M&A, financings, strategic investments and other matters.

Mr. Kaplan holds a B.A. in political science from Villanova University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
