John Favorite

John Favorite is a managing director in Evercore’s Infrastructure and Energy Transition group, with a focus on the infrastructure sector.

Mr. Favorite has over 15 years of experience advising companies and capital institutions across transportation, digital, social, water, waste, energy transition and infrastructure services.

Select transactions include advising on the Northwest Parkway sale to Vinci; CampusParc sale to Ardian; acquisition of Hinkley Yachts; acquisition of Atria Logistics; The Parking Spot sale to KKR; corporate breakup of Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. (divestments of Atlantic Aviation, IMTT and Hawaii Gas); ODATA sale to Aligned Data Centers; Enstructure recapitalization and Blackstone financing; IFM Investors take-private of Buckeye Partners; and American Roads sale to DIF.

Mr. Favorite began his career at Macquarie, advising on infrastructure investments across M&A, capital raises, P3 developments and principal transactions.

He received a B.B.A. with highest distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
