Jeffrey Reisenberg
Jeff Reisenberg is a senior managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory business. Based in Menlo Park, Mr. Reisenberg is COO of Evercore’s global tech practice and has advised Evercore clients in transactions totaling over $250 billion in value.
Selected deals include advising Apollo Strategic Growth Capital on its combination with American Express Global Business Travel; A Place for Mom on its investment from Insight Partners; Farelogix on the sale to Accelya; Apollo on the investment in Expedia; Aerohive on the sale to Extreme Networks; TravelClick on the sale to Amadeus and previous sale to Thoma Bravo; Silver Spring Networks on the sale to Itron; Brocade on the sale to Broadcom and acquisition of Ruckus Wireless; Aruba Networks in the sale to HP; and Storage Technology in the sale to Sun Microsystems.
Mr. Reisenberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, where he received a B.S. from the Wharton School, concentrating in finance, and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in international studies and French.
