Jason Fournier is a senior managing director and head of consumer & retail equity capital markets at Evercore.

Mr. Fournier joined Evercore from JPMorgan, where he previously led the consumer & retail ECM practice and served in senior roles in technology ECM, equity private placements, and technology & disruptive consumer commercial banking.

Over his 20-plus year career, he has focused on structuring and marketing initial public offerings, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements, working with emerging high-growth companies and well-established incumbents.

Mr. Fournier holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering with distinction from the United States Naval Academy and graduated magna cum laude with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
