Jared Weiser is a managing director and focuses on advising companies in the building products, building materials, building systems and distribution sectors.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Weiser was at Royal Bank of Canada for 14 years in the mergers & acquisitions group, where he advised on a broad range of industrial transactions.

Notable deals include the sale of Infra Pipe Solutions to Fortress Investment Group; MITER Brands’ acquisition of PGT Innovations; Boral Ltd.’s divestiture of its North American fly ash business to Eco Materials Technologies; and Masco’s carve-out of its Milgard Windows & Doors business.

Mr. Weiser holds dual degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a B.S. in civil engineering and a B.B.A in finance.
