Jamie Easton
Jamie Easton is a senior managing director and head of communications and external affairs. She drives the firm’s communication strategy for all stakeholders, overseeing media relations, issues management, executive communications and internal communications programs.
Ms. Easton first joined Evercore in 2010 as a founding partner of Evercore’s equities business, helping it to successfully grow until its merger with ISI Group in 2014. Post the ISI merger, she transitioned to head of investor relations, earning recognition as a top-ranked IR professional in Institutional Investor’s annual survey. In 2019, Ms. Easton briefly left the firm to pursue an entrepreneurial venture, founding a financial literacy and education media company.
Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Easton held senior roles in institutional equities at Susquehanna Financial Group and financial services boutique Fox-Pitt, Kelton (later acquired by Swiss Re). She began her career as an equity research analyst focused on specialty finance for Goldman Sachs.
Ms. Easton serves as a founding member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Arts & Sciences Professional Women’s Alliance, actively mentoring and developing current students and recent alumnae. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Renewal Fund, which invests in innovative education as the philanthropic partner for the Darca network of schools in Israel.
She graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
