Jack Tyler
Jack Tyler is a managing director in the firm’s Financial Sponsors Group.
Mr. Tyler’s select transaction experience includes advising OnDeck on its sale to Enova; CIT Group on its acquisition of Mutual of Omaha Bank; BlueTarp Financial on its sale to Capital One; Wedgewood on its sale of CIVIC Financial Services to Pacific Western Bank; and Avolon on its acquisition of the aircraft leasing business of CIT Group. Mr. Tyler has also advised clients across industries on capital raising transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and SPAC transactions.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Tyler was an associate in UBS Investment Bank’s financial institutions group. Before his career in investment banking, Mr. Tyler played professional golf on various tours in North America.
Mr. Tyler holds a B.A. in economics and an MBA from Ohio State University.
