Inga Prinz

Inga Prinz is a managing director in Evercore’s London-based Technology advisory team, focusing on internet and travel technology. She has over 15 years of corporate finance experience.

Notable M&A transactions include advising Permira on the sale of a stake in Boats Group to General Atlantic and CPP Investments; Apollo on its investment in Etraveli Group alongside KKR; Hg on the sale of MeinAuto to Mobilize Lease & Co (Renault); CVC on the acquisition of Etraveli Group and subsequent acquisitions of E-Travel, TripStack and Flight Network; Eurazeo on the sale of Planet and subsequent reinvestment with Advent; Apax and Idealista on the sale to EQT; Warburg Pincus on the sale of Accelya to Vista; and EQT on the sale of stake in Sportradar to CPP Investments and TCV.

Mrs. Prinz has also advised on equity and debt capital markets transactions for clients in the technology sector, including HBX on its IPO and re-financing and Network International on its IPO and investment from Mastercard.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mrs. Prinz was an associate in Morgan Stanley’s technology team, also based in London.

She graduated with honours from University of Southern California, Marshall (Undergraduate) Business School with a B.S. in business administration.
