Ignacio Scuseria

Ignacio Scuseria is a managing director in the firm’s oil & gas investment banking business and has over 15 years of experience executing oil & gas advisory transactions for domestic and international upstream clients.

Since joining Evercore, Mr. Scuseria’s notable transactions include advising ConocoPhillips, LLOG, ILX and Red Willow on the sale of select offshore Gulf assets; Ecopetrol on three Colombian farm-downs to Shell and Parex; Sable Permian Resources on its restructuring; Vista Oil & Gas on the acquisition of assets in Argentina from Pampa and Pluspetrol; and the holders of Pacific E&P senior unsecured notes in its restructuring.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Scuseria was with Scotiabank, where he advised on approximately $15 billion of oil & gas advisory transactions.

Mr. Scuseria earned a B.A. in economics and Hispanic studies from Rice University.
