Hugh Rabb

Hugh Rabb is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice. He is based in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office.

Mr. Rabb has more than 20 years of experience advising companies and private equity firms across the transportation & logistics industry.

Select assignments include advising Global Critical Logistics on its sale to Providence Equity; EQT on its acquisition of Lazer Logistics; MNX Global Logistics on its sale to UPS; Visible Supply Chain on its sale to Maersk; EPES Carriers on its sale to Penske; Redwood Logistics on its sale to AEA; TJC on its acquisition of AIT Worldwide; Pilot Freight Services on its sale to ATL Partners; and OnTrac on its merger with LaserShip.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Rabb served as managing director and global joint head of logistics & transportation at Jefferies.  Previously, he was co-head of logistics & transportation at BB&T Capital Markets. He began his career at Harris Williams as an analyst.

Mr. Rabb graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in business administration from Washington & Lee University. He earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
