Herb Yeh
Herb Yeh is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business. He is a senior leader in the Technology practice, with a focus on software, and is based in San Francisco.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Yeh was global co-head of technology investment banking and vice chairman of banking, capital markets and advisory. Over his more than 25-year career, he has advised technology companies at all stages of the business life cycle, from growth to maturity, to create value through strategic M&A and raising capital in the equity and debt capital markets.
