Helen Huang

Helen Huang is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, focusing on cross-border activities with Asia across the consumer, healthcare, industrial and technology sectors.

Since joining Evercore in 2016, Ms. Huang’s notable transaction experience includes DowDuPont’s separation into three independent public companies; DuPont’s subsequent Reverse Morris Trust transaction with IFF; the sale of DSA to Ascentium, a portfolio company of Hillhouse; Pilgrim’s acquisition of Moy Park; and Sonus Networks’ merger of equals with Genband to form Ribbon Communications. Ms. Huang has also advised on a variety of capital markets transactions, including Amer Sports’ IPO and subsequent follow-on offerings, as well as multiple capital structure engagements for Boeing and Qualcomm.

Ms. Huang graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where she received a B.S. in economics with concentration in finance, and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
