Greg Suellentrop

Greg Suellentrop is a managing director in Evercore’s energy advisory business and is based in Houston.

Mr. Suellentrop has approximately 10 years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies across the upstream oil & gas and broader energy sectors. He has advised on more than 60 completed transactions spanning a wide range of mandates, including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, in- and out-of-court restructurings, private capital raises, special committee assignments, and public equity and debt underwritings. Recent clients and notable transactions include 1776 Resources, BKV Energy, Citadel, Canvas Energy, Crescent Energy, Enerplus, Ensign Natural Resources and LLOG.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Suellentrop served as an associate director at Navigant Consulting, where he was a member of the disputes and investigations practice. In that role, he assisted clients with criminal and civil matters and regulatory disputes.

Mr. Suellentrop earned a B.A. in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
