Greg-Henri Bize
Greg-Henri Bize is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice, mainly covering the ingredients and the specialty chemicals, materials and minerals sectors.
Mr. Bize has advised on a range of complex buy-side, sell-side and public transactions. Recent deals include advising KPS on the acquisition of Tate & Lyle’s remaining ownership interest of 49.7% in Primient; the IFF Board in the context of the sale of its Pharma Solutions business to Roquette; the special committee of Diversey on the proposed take-private of Diversey by Solenis; Ardian on its acquisition of a majority stake in Florida Food; Mr. de Krassny and Kem One on its sale to Apollo; Ardian on the sale of its portfolio company Kersia to IK Investment Partners; and Kersia on its acquisition of Holchem from Ecolab.
Mr. Bize, who started his career in the generalist M&A team of ABN Amro in Amsterdam before moving to London in 2011, has focused on these sectors since early 2012. He joined Evercore in London in 2015, relocating to New York in 2023.
Mr. Bize earned a master’s degree in management, option banking and corporate finance from the Toulouse, France, campus of TBS Education.
