Gareth Morris

Gareth Morris is a managing director in Evercore’s Capital Structure Advisory team, based in London.

Notable deals include advising Southern Water on its recapitalisation, DOF ASA on its comprehensive balance sheet restructuring, creditors to Nordic Aviation Capital on its operational and balance sheet restructuring, creditors to EnerMech on its comprehensive restructuring, and creditors to Keter on its amend and extend and subsequent business sale.

Mr. Morris has more than 15 years of restructuring, debt advisory and credit market experience. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Morris was a vice president in Gleacher Shacklock’s restructuring and debt advisory group. He also worked in the debt capital markets teams at Canaccord and Investec.

Mr. Morris earned an M.A. in economics from the University of Cambridge.
