Francesco Gurrieri is a managing director in Evercore’s London-based strategic advisory business with a focus on telecommunications, including digital infrastructure.

Notable transactions include advising Liberty Global on the acquisition of Sunrise and the divestiture of UPC Poland, GTT on the disposal of its infrastructure division to I Squared Capital, BT on the sale of BT Spain and the divestiture of part of the BT Italy business, Ardian on the acquisition of an indirect stake in Inwit, F2i on the take-private of EI Towers, and GTECH on the acquisition of IGT.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Gurrieri was a managing director in the telecom, media & technology team at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Gurrieri holds a Master of Science in finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
