Evan Levine
Evan Levine is a managing director in Evercore’s Debt Advisory & Restructuring Group.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Levine has advised on various in- and out-of-court restructuring, financing, liability management and distressed M&A assignments for company, creditor and financial sponsor clients. Notable public assignments include advisory roles for Avaya, Caliber Midstream, Clipper Group, ConvergeOne, Enduro Resource Partners, Frontier Communications, GoTo Group, iFIT Health & Fitness, LSC Communications, Lumen Technologies, Noble Corporation, Offshore Drilling Holding, Sheridan Production Partners I, Sheridan Production Partners II, Southcross Energy Partners, and Talen Energy.
Previously, Mr. Levine was an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets, where he advised on M&A and debt and equity capital raising transactions in the business services and education sectors.
Mr. Levine earned a B.B.A. with highest distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
