Eric Rabinowitz

Eric Rabinowitz is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on healthcare.

Mr. Rabinowitz has more than 20 years of experience advising companies across the sector, particularly in healthcare services and technology. Recent transactions include advising management and Welsh Carson on the acquisition of Select Medical; Universal Health Services on the acquisition of Talkspace; Zelis on the sale of a minority stake to an investor consortium led by Mubadala; Florida Cancer Specialists on the sale of Core Ventures to McKesson; and HCSC on the acquisition of Cigna’s Medicare Advantage business.

Mr. Rabinowitz began his career at Bear Stearns and J.P. Morgan. He subsequently served as a managing director at Barclays and vice president of corporate development at Perrigo Co. before returning to J.P. Morgan as co-head of healthcare M&A.

Mr. Rabinowitz earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
