Elliot Ross

Elliot Ross is a managing director in the firm’s Liability Management & Restructuring Group.

Mr. Ross has advised companies, creditors, financial sponsors and other stakeholders across various industries on chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, financing and liability management transactions, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Select advisory assignments include Exactech, Cubic, Form Technologies, Belk, Rite Aid, Consolidated Precision Products, Brightspeed, LatAm Airlines, Lumileds, Altera Infrastructure, Sanchez Energy, Southeastern Grocers and Tops Friendly Markets.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Ross was an attorney at Skadden Arps, practicing in corporate restructuring and M&A. Prior to law school, Mr. Ross was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Ross earned a J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Fordham Law, an M.S. in accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
