Eduard Kostadinov
Eduard Kostadinov is a senior managing director and leads the firm’s German strategic advisory business. He has well over 20 years of corporate finance experience and focuses on clients in the European industrials and mobility franchises.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Kostadinov was a managing director at Morgan Stanley and co-head of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) general industrials, with a specialisation in the automotive industry. Before that, he was head of EMEA automotive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, having started his investment banking career at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
During the course of his career, he has led and executed a wide array of notable transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients, including Autoliv, Bosch, Continental, Envisics, Gestamp, Grammer, Knorr-Bremse, Mobileye, Pirelli, Qualcomm, Valeo, Velodyne, Veoneer, Zipcar, Aston Martin, BMW, Daimler, FCA, McLaren, PSA, Volkswagen, Volvo Cars, Autobahn Tank & Rast, Colonia Real Estate, Dresdner Bank, hGears, Jack Wolfskin, Karstadt Warenhaus, Inexio, TE Connectivity, 3i, Bain Capital, CVC, FountainVest, Littlejohn & Co., SSW Partners and Warburg Pincus.
Mr. Kostadinov holds an Honours Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from York University, Toronto, and an MBA from INSEAD. He had also qualified as a chartered accountant in Canada in 2000 and a chartered financial analyst in 2002.
