David Markson
David Markson is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group and focuses on advising limited partners on secondary market liquidity transactions and providing execution services.
Mr. Markson has extensive relationships with institutional investors across North America and works closely with LPs on strategic sales and structured liquidity alternatives. He has worked with leading university endowments, foundations, public and private pension funds, insurance companies, financial institutions, family offices and other owners of private financial assets.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Markson worked at Triago, where he was head of the secondary advisory group in North America and co-head of the New York office. In this role, Mr. Markson focused on providing strategic advice and execution services to institutional investors seeking liquidity in the secondary market.
Mr. Markson holds a Master in Management from the ESSEC Business School in Paris and studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
