David Ke

David Ke is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Equity Capital Markets group, focused on healthcare.

He is responsible for originating, structuring and executing initial public offerings, follow-ons, private placements and convertible offerings for corporate healthcare clients. In addition to working with clients on equity and equity-linked financings, Mr. Ke also advises clients on the market impact of strategic deals such as mergers and acquisitions, PIPE capital raises, spinoffs, divestitures and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Ke has nearly 20 years of experience in private and public capital formation. Previously, he served as a managing director at J.P. Morgan, where he was co-head of healthcare ECM.

Over his career, Mr. Ke has led and advised on over 500 equity transactions across initial public offerings, follow-ons, convertibles and private placements for issuers including Argenx SE, Biontech SE, Beam Therapeutics, Biohaven, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Kymera Therapeutics, Legend Biotech, Nuvalent and Zai Lab.

Mr. Ke earned a bachelor’s in finance from New York University.
