David Andrias
David Andrias is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group. He is responsible for originating and advising financial sponsors on strategic alternatives available to them in the secondary market.
Mr. Andrias has advised clients across a range of transactions, representing numerous market-leading sponsors on continuation funds, strip sales, capital raises and other liquidity solutions. Prior to joining Evercore, he was a member of the secondary market advisory team within the private funds group at UBS. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the secondary market advisory and M&A teams at Houlihan Lokey and held investment banking roles at Citigroup and Baird.
Mr. Andrias graduated with a B.A. in history from Boston College and earned an MBA from Cornell University.
