Dave El Helou
Dave El Helou is a managing director in Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory group. He is responsible for originating and advising financial sponsors, limited partners, and other managers of private financial assets on strategic and sale transactions in the secondary market.
Prior to joining Evercore in 2016, Mr. El Helou was an investment strategist in Credit Suisse’s chief investment office, focusing on strategic and tactical asset allocation. In this role, Mr. El Helou worked with large endowments, foundations, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, advising them on portfolio asset allocation and investment strategy. Before that role, Mr. El Helou was a member of Credit Suisse’s M&A and corporate advisory group, advising companies across multiple industries on corporate strategy, M&A and equity offerings.
Mr. El Helou graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a chartered financial analyst.
