Daniel Lakhdhir

Daniel Lakhdhir is a managing director in the firm’s Liability Management & Restructuring Group.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Lakhdhir has advised companies, financial sponsors, creditors and other stakeholders on financing and liability management transactions, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, and chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. Notable public assignments include advisory roles for Incora, Pretium Packaging, Multiplan, City Brewing, Elara Caring, MRP Solutions, Fossil Group and Audacy.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Lakhdhir was an investment banking analyst at Sperry, Mitchell & Co., where he advised on M&A transactions across various industries.

Mr. Lakhdhir graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard University.
