Dan Ward
Dan Ward is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business focused on global efforts in the energy sector.
With over 30 years of corporate and investment banking experience focused on the energy and broader natural resources sectors, he has advised on over $300 billion of merger and acquisition transactions. His large capitalization clients include Anadarko Petroleum, BP, Chevron, Equinor, Halliburton, HollyFrontier, Saudi Aramco and Shell.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Ward was a managing director and global head of the natural resources group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in economics from Villanova University and earned an MBA, beta gamma signa from Columbia University.
