Cillin Horgan is a managing director in Evercore’s Utilities, Infrastructure and Transport strategic advisory team.

Notable transactions include advising J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Beacon Rail on the acquisition of Mitsui Rail Capital Europe, KKR Infrastructure and John Laing on the acquisition of the Irish Infrastructure Fund assets from AMP, Macquarie Asset Management on the acquisition of Roadchef, John Laing on the take-private by KKR Infrastructure, I Squared Capital on the acquisition of a stake in Rubis Terminal, Alinda Capital Partners on the sale of a stake in Heathrow, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management on the acquisition of Beacon Rail Leasing.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Horgan was a member of UBS’ infrastructure & transport team, where assignments included advising Her Majesty’s government on the sale of the U.K.’s 40% stake in Eurostar to CDPQ and Hermes Infrastructure.

Mr. Horgan holds a first-class honours bachelor’s degree in commerce from University College Cork, and an M.Sc. in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
