Chris Macios

Chris Macios is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Financial Sponsors Group based in New York.

He brings nearly 20 years of investment banking experience advising private equity firms and other financial sponsors on M&A, capital markets and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Macios was a senior managing director at Guggenheim Securities, where he helped build and expand the firm’s middle market financial sponsors coverage platform. Previously, he served as a director in the financial sponsors coverage group at Houlihan Lokey, advising sponsor clients on advisory and financing transactions. He also spent nearly eight years as a director in Wells Fargo Securities’ financial sponsors group after beginning his career as an associate at NewStar Financial.

Mr. Macios earned a B.A. in economics and English from Boston College.
