Chris Connelly

Chris Connelly is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice and focuses on business and industrial services.

Previously, Mr. Connelly spent more than a decade at J.P. Morgan, most recently as a managing director on the global business services team, where he advised private equity groups, corporations and family-owned businesses on M&A and capital raising transactions. He began his career as an engineer at Kiewit Corp.

Noteworthy transactions include advising Summit Cos. on its sale to BDT & MSD; GFL on the sale of its environmental services business to Apollo and BC Partners; Everus on its separation from MDU Resources Group; Soliant on its sale to Vistria; Rimkus on its sale to HGGC; Valcourt on its sale to Littlejohn; ABM on its acquisition of GCA; and UL Solutions, Brightview, and Cushman & Wakefield on their IPOs.

Mr. Connelly holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
