Bob Sincerbeaux

Bob Sincerbeaux is a managing director in the Real Estate Strategic Advisory group at Evercore. He focuses on portfolio sales and recapitalizations, continuation vehicle and joint venture formation, and private market M&A transactions.

Mr. Sincerbeaux’s notable transaction experience includes GP-led recapitalizations on behalf of Kayne Anderson Real Estate, Bridge Investment Group, and The Carlyle Group, as well as the sale of The Parking Spot to KKR.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Sincerbeaux was a director at PJT Park Hill focused on executing GP-led recapitalizations and platform sales, including the sale of King Street Properties to Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Sincerbeaux also worked at Eastdil Secured in the firm’s real estate investment banking group. He began his career at Cambridge Associates.

Mr. Sincerbeaux graduated cum laude from Middlebury College and earned an MBA from University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
