Anthony Arguelles

Anthony Arguelles is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice focused on the technology sector.

At Evercore, his notable deals include advising Commscope on the sale of its CCS business to Amphenol for $10.5bn; the sale of Alloy Enterprises to JCI; NortonLifeLock on its combination with Avast; Verizon on its sale of the Yahoo properties; Cradlepoint on its sale to Ericsson; Transaction Network Services (TNS) on its acquisition of BT’s Radianz business and TNS on its sale to Koch Equity Development; Grubhub on its combination with Just Eat Takeaway.com; Anaren on its sale to TTM Technologies; and Cobham on the sale of its avionics and wireless businesses to Viavi Solutions.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Arguelles was a Marine artillery officer, deploying to Afghanistan during 2011 and 2012.

He graduated with distinction from the United States Naval Academy, where he focused on applied mathematics, and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
