Andrew Frame is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business, focused on the firm’s global metals, materials and mining practice.

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Frame spent nine years at Credit Suisse and four years at RFC Ambrian covering metals & mining clients in Australia, Europe and the Americas. During his career, he has covered steel producers and processors, as well as bulk, base and precious metal miners. Select transactions include advising AK Steel on its acquisition of Dearborn Works and related financings and the acquisition of Precision Partners. He also advised BlueScope on its acquisition of the remaining 50% of NorthStar from Cargill.

Mr. Frame holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws with Honors from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He has passed CFA Level III.
